    As a new Oakville Dispute Mediators Inc. volunteer you will be required to submit the following documents:
    1. A completed application form, (printable version available also)

    2. Two references (on the application form),

    3. A signed confidentiality agreement.
    Or, if you prefer, e-mail your name, address, and telephone number to Oakville Dispute Mediators Inc. and we will send you copies of the Oakville Dispute Mediators Inc. brochure and all necessary application forms. When they have been returned to us, you will be contacted to arrange an interview.
